FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1) What is the cost of my cleaning?
Fees are based on the size and condition of your home.  When you receive the initial estimate, it is just that - an "estimate."  Very often, the first-time cleanings or one-time cleanings may require additional time and an additional fee.  If this is the case, you will be contacted prior to authorizing the service providers to spend more time in your home.

2) How many people will clean my home?
There will usually be only two (2) team members that will be coming into your home to clean.

3) How do you access my home?
We must be able to access your home to provide the service.  There are two (2) different choices:
-  You may leave a key at some designated accessible place at your residence.
-  You may meet the team member(s).  If you wish to meet the team member(s) - we can give you a choice of two (2) arrival windows:  between 9am - 1pm or 11am - 3pm. 

Please keep in mind; Countrytime Cleaning & Maid Services cannot specify the "Exact" arrival times.

The most efficient / problem-free way for our customers are to provide us the key to your home.  That way you don't have to wait around waiting for us to arrive.

4) If I give you my keys - how are they protected?
Your key will be coded and placed into a Lock Safe.  It will be only accessed by the Owner(s).  Once the services are done, we will place your key in an envelope with your attention on the kitchen counter. 

If you will be using our services more then once - we will keep your key on file and place the key into the Lock Safe for future services.

5) What type of insurance do you carry?
General Liability:
- Covers any breakage or other damage caused by Countrytime Cleaning & Maid Services
- General policy that covers virtually all potential liabilities

Certificate of Insurance:
- This shows that a company is covered by insurance.  If you want to verify that a company has coverage, it is important that you contact the insurance agency to get proof on insurance.

6) How can I pay for your service?
    "PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE OR IN ADVANCE"

  • By Cash:  If paying by cash - please leave a sealed envelope titled: ATTN: "CCMS" on top of the kitchen counter
  • By Check:  This option is only available to our recurring service subscribers.  If paying by check - please leave a sealed envelope title: ATTN: "CCMS" on top of the kitchen counter  (A $45.00 Fee is applied to all Returned Checks)
  • For 1st time or One-Time Cleanings - We require Pre-Payment before cleaning can accrue
  • By Credit Card:  Coming Soon

7) Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies or equipments?
Countrytime Cleaning & Maid Services provide "ALL" the necessary cleaning supplies and equipments that is needed to clean your home. 
If you wish for us to use a "Specific" cleaning product(s) - all you need to do is to have it out on the kitchen counter on the day of the cleaning.

8) What if my schedule cleaning falls on a Holiday?
If your schedule cleaning happens to fall on a Holiday - Countrytime Cleaning & Maid Services will be sure to contact you to reschedule your cleaning.

9) Do I have to sign a "Contract" with your company?
"NO" - We have something call a "Service Agreement".  It is NOT a Contract.
We are confident in our ability to provide quality service every time we clean.  You are free to cancel your regularly scheduled cleaning at any time.

10) What about my pet(s)?
We are animal lovers of all types of pets!  You will need to make arrangements to put your pet(s) away or secure them if you think they will be uncomfortable with us being in your home cleaning.
Please let us know if any of your pet(s) - cats and/or dogs - would try to escape quickly if a door is opened.

11) Do you work Nights / Weekends / Holidays?
We do upon "Special Request" and "Advanced Notice" of at least a week in advance.  (Subject to Availability)

12) How do I provide a feedback on my cleaning?
Once the cleaning has been done, we will leave a "comment" form for you to give us your feedback.  You could also visit our website to let us know how things went.  We encourage you to take the time to complete and return the comment form or sent us an email.  The feedback from all our customers is essential to serving and providing you with better service.
