You will have no need
to provide us with the cleaning supplies - we always furnish all necessary
supplies and equipment - unless you prefer

to fit everyone's needs
and budgets. Flexible scheduling can be accommodated whether you need services for daily,
weekly,

is available seven (7) days a week. (After business hours) We offer 15 days
or 30 days net billing to all
our commercial accounts. We offer the "Basic Service" cleaning all the
way to the "Full Service"

We can thoroughly clean and sanitize your home / property
for you from top to bottom. To all Realtors, Building-Property Managers and Landlords -
We also clean "Rental
Properties" after the previous tenant moves out or before the new
tenant moves in.
We have flexible
hours, including evenings to accommodate your move-in / move-out dates. Please
note that the Move-in / Move-out Cleaning does not include "carpet cleaning" (steam or
shampooing), we
only vacuum. We offer hourly rate for this service.

NEW CONSTRUCTION CLEANING: Our goal is to get the home ready for you to move in! We would clean the entire
interior of
the home, wipe down all surfaces, clean inside and outside of all cabinets / drawers, wipe
down all
horizontal and vertical surfaces - such as shelves, etc., clean all glass, windows
inside and out - including scraping
stickers and paint off the windows.
Remove any construction debris such as drywall, mud off fixtures (bathroom fixtures,
tubs,
etc., clean and polish all hardwood floors, sweep and mop vinyl floors and vacuum all
carpet areas.
SPRING CLEANING SERVICES: Countrytime Cleaning & Maid Services will clean your home from top to bottom.
From
cleaning ceiling fans to cleaning baseboards - we will do a very detail cleaning of your
home and any other
extras you need. We offer hourly rate for this service.
PRE / POST PARTY CLEANING SERVICES: Pre - We will do a basic pre-cleaning of your home before you have a family gathering,
parties,
holidays, special events or occasions. Post - After
your gathering or event, we will clean up and restore your home to its normal
condition.
