What the Requirements Are & What We Expect from Employees:

* Pass Background Check
* Pass Drug Test
* Physically fit & love to clean
* Energetic & Enthusiastic

* Speak, read & write English
* Your own mobile phone is a Must
* Hardworking & Punctual - Detailed & Efficient
* Valid MD driver's license, insured vehicle - a plus
* If you are a legal driver, have a safe driving record
* Must meet insurance underwriting requirements
* Physical ability to clean 3 to 6 hours on a team per day
* Stand for extended periods of time, climb stairs repeatedly
* Able to left 30 pounds, reach, bend, kneel, stoop
* Reliable, Honesty & Trustworthy
* Available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week,
Monday-Friday between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
* Attention to details
* Pleasant personality & work well with others
